1. What is MyTravelShop?
MyTravelShop.co.za offers deals on premium travel products. Membership is free. Members receive newsletters pertaining to the latest deals from MyTravelShop. Through the website MyTravelShop consumers can purchase products for delivery nationwide.
2. Buying on MyTravelShop
2.1. Add desired items to cart
2.2. Proceed to Checkout
2.3. Confirm your order on the "View Cart" page
2.4.If your cart contains products, proceed to shipping and billing details page. Thereafter proceed to payment page and make payment.
2.5 Your shipping expense and total order costs will be displayed on the payments page.
2.6. When you have pressed the "Place you Order" button you have confirmed the conditions of use and the statement of intent to purchase.
2.7. Confirmation of the transaction takes place by sending you an order confirmation email.
2.7.2.1. Products will be shipped as per the stated Shipping and Returns policy.
2.7.2.2. Actual Shipping times will vary and are an estimation only. Please see our "Shipping & Return Policy" for more information
2.8. The sale shall be completed only when the payment has been processed fully and MyTravelShop has received the money. If payment fails due to the account not existing, insufficient funds, the credit card number or other information being incorrect etc. the sale is not affected.
3. Monitoring
We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Terms and Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem necessary. Which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access.
4. Cooling off (cancellation policy)
A 5 day cooling off period applies to all purchases. You can cancel your purchase by contacting info@MyTravelShop.co.za.
5. Jurisdiction
These conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute.
6. Your Account
If use our website you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may only use MyTravelShop with the consent and involvement of a parent/guardian. MyTravelShop and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
7. Competitions
From time to time, MyTravelShop may run competitions through its website and other channels. The prizes offered as well as the competition requirements (for winning) may also change from time to time, and will be disclosed during the running of the competition.
MyTravelShop cannot guarantee the quality or the fulfilment of the prizes by third parties. The winner of competitions will be decided by MyTravelShop at its full discretion. MyTravelShop staff and their family members will not be considered for competition winners.
8. Service disruption
MyTravelShop reserves the right to limit or discontinue the functionality of the site. While we strive to continuously be online, we cannot exclude cases in which the page may be unavailable for a few moments. In rare cases this may cause data loss.
9. Intellectual property
MyTravelShop and participating vendors retain all copyright and other rights to services, as well as listings, information, images, videos, and databases (the "Property Protection"). A modification, reproduction, publication, disclosure to third parties and / or exploitation of the protected property without the prior written consent is expressly prohibited by MyTravelShop.

POPI Disclaimer
We respect your right to privacy and therefore aim to ensure that we comply with the legal requirement of the POPI Act which regulates the manner in which we collect, process, store, share and destroy any personal information which you have provided to us.
11. Prices and stock
Due to the popularity of some products, MyTravelShop may not always have a product ordered by you in stock. MyTravelShop cannot accept orders for out of stock products. If products ordered by you are not available or only a portion is available, you may cancel the order or re-order the quantity that is available.
12. Discount vouchers
MyTravelShop only allows the use of one voucher during checkout. A voucher may only be redeemed once per customer. MyTravelShop has the right to review, decline and limit any coupon if fraud or voucher abuse is evident.
13. Changes in general conditions
MyTravelShop reserves the right to revise these terms from time to time. If you disagree with the general terms you cannot use our service. We will notify you if there are any changes to the T's & C's. You will also be required to accept the T's & C's every time you transact on our website. We reserve the right to ban any individual uploader or website domain from using our services for any reason.
