Shipping & Returns Policy


1. MyTravelShop does not ship to P.O. Boxes, farms or rural areas.

2. It is mandatory to leave a day time telephone number for us to contact you during delivery hours.

3. All goods in transit are insured.

4. Some items (heavy or large) may carry additional delivery fees. These additional fees are included in the shipping cost upon checkout.

7. MyTravelShop reserves the right to amend shipping costs at any time.


1. Product delivery is based on the estimated arrival time of the order(s) in your cart.

2. We are able to deliver to outlying areas however this may take longer.

3. Should a package not be delivered through no fault of ours (no-one on premises/unable to answer calls/invalid address etc.), we will attempt a second delivery after which if the package is not delivered you will be liable for extra shipping costs associated with getting the package to you.

4. MyTravelShop endeavours to deliver your order within 3-7 working days of receipt of payment.


1. Products purchased on our site are eligible for return within 5 days of receipt of delivery of the product. The cooling off period is 2 days.

2. The MyTravelShop support team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number for you to use. Please note that any items returned without an authorization number will not be processed.

3. In the event of your item being eligible for return, MyTravelShop offers two return options: a credit/a refund in the original form of payment, minus a return charge that covers the return shipping.

4. Refunds and returns will be made at the discretion of MyTravelShop.

5. We are unable to accept returns for goods that are not in their original packaging.

In the unlikely event of the incorrect product being delivered or the product being damaged, broken or faulty, you need to notify us of the damaged/ broken/faulty product within 48 hours of receipt of the good. Please email with a photo image of the damage, if possible. Make sure to keep all original packaging. We will ensure the correct/new product is delivered to you.
